Refunds

Kits are digital downloads. When you check out, you agree to get the download straight away, which means the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once your download starts.

Our promise

If a kit doesn't work in your copy of DaVinci Resolve and we can't fix it for you, you get a full refund. Email fx@paralaxverse.com within 14 days of buying with your order number and what went wrong.

Bought the wrong kit?

If you bought HUD Kit Studio but use the free version of Resolve, or the other way round, email us within 14 days and we'll swap it or refund the difference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy. They usually show within 5 to 10 working days.
